your consideration copy of correspondence between the Act-

ing Principal Civil Medical Office and the French Consul

at Hongkong, respecting the fee of $153. payable to this

government by Jules Goultier, a French subject, who has

· been an inmate of the Government Civil Hospital since the

19th April 1900, and to request that steps may be taken

for the recovery; of this sum through the Crown Agents for

the Colonies.
